About Me

I'm a lifelong dog lover, fortunate enough to have both raised a pup to adulthood as well as cared for adults through their senior years and end of life. Animals currently in my life include Data, a senior terrier mix; Arshi, a senior cat; Sega Genesis, a Mexican black King snake; and a colony of prize-winning fancy mice. Originally from a college town in Mexico, I came to NYC in 2007 to study and moved to Brooklyn in 2012. I'm very interested in animal behavior, urban wildlife, and the intersection of animal and human society.
