I grew up in Minneapolis and later lived in Portland before moving to New York City in 2022 to continue pursuing my stand-up comedy career. I’ve always loved animals and volunteered with the Humane Society during college, where I gained experience working with dogs. I have an Australian Cattle Dog mix named Rupert who lives in Denver with my previous partner, and I’m lucky to see him a few times each year. When Rupert was younger, we worked with a private trainer, which helped me become familiar with basic training commands and techniques. I’ve also pet sat for many people over the years and truly understand how special the bond between people and their pets is.
